1. Seeing the Big Five on Safari in South Africa

Seeing elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos and buffalo on safari in Kruger Park and Sabi Sands was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had in my life.
2. Taking a Dip in the World’s Largest Roof Top Infinity Pool

Being in a pool 57 floors high and overlooking the city of Singapore was a scary but rather mind blowing experience.
3. Celebrating our wedding anniversary in one of the world’s most romantic cities

The first year passed so quickly and I just loved celebrating our first anniversary eating incredible food, seeing the amazing architect and enjoying the beauty of Rome.
4. Staying at Jade Mountain, one of the world’s most beautiful hotels

One of the world’s best hotels, Jade Mountain in St Lucia is made up of ‘sanctuaries’ rather than rooms. Each sanctuary only has three walls and an out of this world view of the Pitons.
5. Celebrating Dr Silver’s birthday in Cannes

Being with Mr S’s whole family is not something that we get to experience all the time but having everyone together to celebrate Dr Silver’s 80th birthday was something to be cherished forever.
6. Going to the Top of Table Mountain

I’m terrified of heights and had to be forced into the cable car but I’m so glad I went to the top of the iconic wonder in Cape Town.

A blizzard in Istanbul was not what we expected but the snow covered town was beautiful and exotic all the same.

A romantic private yacht to an unspoilt island was one of the highlights of our trip to Bali.

I’ve been to Paris several times before but it was amazing to see it in a different way and visit areas I’d never seen before.
10. Wine Tasting in Franschhoek

One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever and incredible food and wine.
